Here are some tips on how to care for and protect your novelty jewellery
Beware of the sunlight and heat
As you know, sunlight exposure is harmful to our skin and it’s the same for your jewellery.
Never let the jewellery to be directly exposed to the sunlight. Hot temperature and light will easily damage the resin or cause tarnishing of the jewellery
Stay away from chemicals
Exposure to chemicals can cause discoloration of the jewellery.
The chemicals referred here include even everday substances like hairspray, lotion, perfume or other cosmetics.
Remove your jewellery when you swim in a chlorinated swimming pool or before using household cleaners and bleach.
Cleaning
We recommended you to wipe the jewellery regularly with soft, dry and lift free cloth to remove any unwanted dirt.
As silver will naturally tarnish over time, you may keep them in an airtight bag to reduce tarnishing. Never use tissue papers or paper towels for cleaning as they might cause scratching on the jewels.
Storing
Never tossed your jewellery into a drawer or on top of a dresser as scratches might occur.
We recommend you to store it individually in its fabric pouch. Preferably in a dark, cool and dry place.
